Michael L. Dunn, MBA, CLTC*
Michael graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A in Business Administration and an M.B.A. from Lehigh University. Michael spent over 25 years in corporate America serving as the general manager of the calculator division of Texas Instruments and finally as the executive vice-president, chief operating officer of a $60 million business, Infinity Systems.
In 1993, Michael left the corporate world and went into the long-term care
insurance business. He wanted to make a positive difference in people's lives,
and long-term care offered him this opportunity. Michael has helped over 1000
clients manage their long-term care risk. He makes sure that each client's
particular needs and financial circumstances are addressed with the right
plan and value in their policy. 
Mary Ellen Dunn, MA, CLTC*
Mary Ellen holds a B.S. in Education from Southeast Missouri State University and an M.A. in Spanish from Washington University-St. Louis and has over 20 years of experience in education teaching middle school through college students. Following this, she worked as a consultant with state departments of education, community colleges, and school districts to provide solutions for instructional management, classroom resources, curriculum alignment, and "cutting edge" instructional strategies.
In 2000, Mary Ellen became a licensed insurance agent. Her commitment to long-term
care is a result of seeing everything that her parents had worked for all
their lives be consumed by the long-term care needs of her mother. With no
insurance to provide financial and physical options, her father's life and
lifestyle were drastically impacted. She has dedicated the rest of her life
to helping people investigate their options and sensibly manage the long-term
care risk.
