• Are they members of the Better Business Bureau? Have they been thoroughly checked out by the National Ethics Bureau?
  

• Are they brokers representing at least five companies to ensure that I get the best value?
  
  

• Have they been in the business for at least five years?
  

• Do you sense that this person has integrity; can you trust this agent?
